Boss of investocafe is pathetic.Not even single employee stayed in investocafe for more than 4 months,no working culture.

No proper training is given for the work. The CEO of the company is a Dumb. The company have no policies. The management doesn't sticks to what the commit. There is lots of politics and Top management only thinks about their own profits, not for employees. My suggestion is who so ever is planning to join, plz don't join this company.

Poor work environment, no proper infrastructure, this is a "lala" company. No work life balance. Not a place to work.
