Nothing, the only part is you will be working with a managements that doesn't know what they actually want in the first place.

Dislikes

The company work culture is a chaos. Everything is urgent, there are continuous deployment for hotfixes each and everyday and apart from management, the development team is held responsible. The engineering head is not at all helpful toh this aspect which leads to these problems.
