iNube is very good organization. HR and managers are very co-operative. They have celebrations at the corporate office. Salary is on time. Harish Sir and Arun Sir are the best.

Dislikes

Working at client side leads to less work life balance. YOu have to work on Saturdays even if there is no work load.

Work Details

Its about supporting the end users to understand the application feasibility and debug the issue to get the RCA. Collaborate with client and developer to get proper fix.

Organisation will not think before taking any action against the employee, Very rudely behaved management. They treat employees as criminals. No valid reason given for termination. Very good for the freshers they will give good oppurtunities for learning people. In fact this is the company i rooted to QA engineer with other background of 3yrs experience. If you have good subject knowledge they will give good oppurtunity to learn & explore that i love this company in that way And on proper reasons they are giving permanent work from home for north peoples

But terrible workpressure overnight production deployments at midnihht 12 r 1:30 friday evening build will be deployed you want to give testing updates of that build in monday morning call so no weekends for testers if work is there.
