You get lot of time as a tester to learn. Because whatever bugs you raise mostly never gets fixed. They focus of releasing 4he project rather than fixing all bugs

Dislikes

As a developer you are screwed day and night but as a tester you are damn lucky with lots of free time. Tester has a job to give demo's to client more than his actual job of testing
