Toxic work culture. forced to work on weekends, delayed hikes, senior people act if company is there own . Few good people are there but even the company culture will make them toxic. late night works are given without any benefit. HR are not concerned About employees work life balance. no proper times for breaks in between and very micro managing company

Nothing to like in this organisation. Very uncultured peoples and unethical people in the workspace.

Organisation will not think before taking any action against the employee, Very rudely behaved management. They treat employees as criminals. No valid reason given for termination. Inspite of giving 100% of dedication towards work, no matter it is weekend or any government Holiday's, worked hard for the company welfare but they did not notice the efforts.

Nothing…They should just close this company. Too many Co founders and they fight among themselves. These people don’t exactly know what they are doing. I am amazed how Ramprasad Sanjeevi is one of the co founders and don’t even know how to talk to his subordinate.

If you love your mental health, please don’t join this company….. A very bad company with bad managers. During the time of joining they will tell that.. they are very flexible and you can take wfh if it is needed. But after joining even if you are sick or having any other serious problem they won’t allow you to take wfh.. And Ramprasad being the worst of them. He is just mad!!
