With 16 years of experience, it is my worst experience, tons of politics and dirty games between IT and Business. You don't have have a freedom to speak rather you will be asked to speak how the leadership like.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
