Sadly none. There is no benefits at all. Bad culture. Bad workload. Bad management.

Dislikes

This is a dead place don’t get high expectations to grow or to have balance or enrich your daily life while you are working there... You will kill your self and have burnout to get your work done perfectly! May Allah bless all the patients there

Management was so bad, unfair to staff, all they want is money, no propper communication between departments which results to chaotic process of different procedures, staff nurses are over burdened,
