Hard working, simple and cultural Management, overall good work environment.

Dislikes

Only and only politics towards new Teachers coming from outside States. Management is good but Management should not be biased they support much northern eastern Teachers more than other state Teachers.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting but there should not be much interefer by principal and HODs unneccessary as they are really not much expert and they any how control a Teacher to succeed ahead if we dont follow them blindly.

All the team should be friendly for the working atmosphere it is very important now where I am working I got nice team all are superb 👌

Dislikes

But we should get second Saturday and fourth Saturday holiday than every teacher can get some relief and peace so they can prepare them selves for next class because at first promise for this two holidays but now it's not happening. It should be not like this.
