I have been working here since last 7. months. The environment and staff of this company are very good. My colleagues and seniors are also very good. I am enjoying working here very much. I am working in such a good company for the first time in my life. I have seen I love this company And as many of my friends as I want to tell them also come here and work.

Working at this organization has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The management is disorganized and provides little to no support, making it nearly impossible to succeed in your role. There is a lack of communication, and decisions are often made without any consideration for employee input or feedback. The work culture is toxic, with favoritism and nepotism running rampant, which creates a highly demotivating environment. The most dislike thing I'm facing that I hate about this company that they always paid late salary literally always. Some of the times it goes above 10 days delayed. I really disappointed with this and it's creates demotivation too.

company provides work from home option which is beneficial to employees who are unable to come to office.. also the behaviour of the seniors are quite good they are supportive and also the working enviornment is pleasant whether it is work from home or work from office.

salary issue is the major issue here. I hope the management will be more determined about the issue. According to the project payment is very low.
