The work culture of Intelliatech encourages cross departmental working, thus giving opportunities to the teammates to exchange ideas between each other for achieving the common goals. With this cross collaboration teammates also get to learn a lot from their teammates.

Till now, I have not found any noticeable cons or flaws as such. As I mentioned, since Intelliatech promotes cross department interactions/collaborations so here people get to understand and learn from each other which makes this work place a positive working environment.
