- Appraisal, compesnsation. - No joy in working. There can be some fun element to motivate employees. - Give some opportunities to explore client interviews, do usability testing for product design, other than asking to do only the UI Part. - There should be a proper timeline to work on the testing part as well before launching something which is half-baked, which includes functionality as well as UI, because UI is something which makes people trust more....Read More

Great learning opportunity, they use relevant technologies in the industry to build their product, and if you are a fresher or learning the ropes, this is a good company to start with. You will be exposed to a lot of products and service and will help you to get a wholesome understanding of the tech space.

Dislikes

There is always a lot to do and you are constantly running against the clock to finish tasks. Working hours might be longer because of this. Policies and tasks are dynamic and change very quickly.
