Still you are releasing salaries to your employees on the 10th of each month, In today's world which listed company is releasing salaries on 10th? Your business is in HR domain and you do not understand the importance of the salary release date. 2. Salary Release Date We understand the significance of timely salary disbursement and its impact on employees' financial planning. While the current policy of releasing salaries on the 10th was set considering internal operational workflows, we recognize that aligning with the industry standard of releasing salaries at the start of the month can enhance employee satisfaction. This matter is already under review, and we are exploring ways to streamline our processes to facilitate earlier salary disbursements without compromising compliance or operational efficiency. Probationary Period Leave Policy The probationary leave policy is designed to encourage stability during the onboarding phase. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
