HR Strategy & Policy Development:
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job description creation and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Work closely with departmental heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive organizational culture through employee engagement programs, conflict resolution, and consistent communication. Act as a mediator to resolve employee issues and promote a healthy work environment.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and career development planning. Ensure alignment of individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee performance, leadership capabilities, and overall workforce competency. Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Compliance & Labor Laws:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in statutory requirements and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and payroll processes to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. Analyze industry compensation trends to recommend adjustments.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics and data to measure employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other key indicators. Provide insights and reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Experience in fast-paced, dynamic work environments is a plus.
Core Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
- Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
