Graphifiers - Manager - Human Resources (2-5 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our human resources function, focusing on enhancing the employee experience, driving engagement, ensuring smooth operational processes, and ensuring a high work standard while fostering an inspiring and collaborative environment.

What you will be working on:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

- Conduct pre-employment checks, issue offer letters, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

- Address employee concerns and grievances, providing solutions aligned with company policies and best practices.

- Organize training sessions and upskilling programs.

- Develop Key Result Areas (KRAs) documentation to maintain clarity in role expectations and facilitate performance evaluations.

- Generate regular reports on HR and operations KPIs.

- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and full-and-final settlements.

- Partner with leadership to identify and implement strategies to support organizational growth.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality deliverables.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in HR management.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
