Program Manager - Generative AI (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership :

- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI projects, from ideation to deployment and scaling.

- Define and implement strategic roadmaps for Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals.

AI Solution Development :

- Oversee the development of Generative AI models using advanced techniques in NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and align Generative AI solutions.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Cloud and Infrastructure Oversight :

- Design and implement scalable cloud-based AI architectures (AWS, Azure).

- Ensure AI models are securely deployed, monitored, and optimized.

Team and Resource Management :

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI and data science professionals.

- Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.

Innovation and Thought Leadership :

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI ethics.

- Advocate for the adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Operational Excellence :

- Define KPIs to measure project success and team productivity.

- Establish robust workflows for model development, testing, and deployment

Key Competencies and Skills :

- Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML frameworks (e. , GPT, BERT, DALL-E).

- Strong cloud computing knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on experience with services like Lambda, IoT Hub, and AI APIs.

- Proficiency in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary AI programs.

- Strong understanding of data security, ethical AI principles, and compliance standards.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in implementing AI-driven automation and optimizing workflows.

- Familiarity with Generative AI use cases across industries like Pharma, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas.

- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions

Education/Skills/Experience :

- Master/Bachelor's Engineering degree 5-8 years of relevant work experience
