They just need to work done which is alloted to you. It will not matter weather from office or from anywhere worlds corner. Work life balance is also be good. If someone is from non tech background and want to grow in the operation field then the iiservz is the better place to work.

Dislike is they want you to hold the expertise of everything like if you have are from the IT background so they want you also to learn operations. And second is salary is very low in compare to the market norms PPL are working underpaid only the senior position may be they get good salary otherwise you cannot expect salary. To get appraisal you have to fill multiple forms and also justify everything in from of management why they will increase your salary....Read More
