Integra is suitable for only fresher, bachelor, orphans, girls only, not for family person, experienced people. Way of treating employee is not good. They give priority to job only not employees. Need to work 13 hrs to 15 hrs daily without any OT amount. Way of talking of TL(like pandian in pearson, Mohamed in ELT) and manager is also not good. After making many complaints regarding this way of talking, HR(like Rosey, Shanmugam) also not taking action. Think twice before joining. Also north-south Indian Partiality also there....Read More
