Recruiter/Senior Recruiter - Preferably from Publishing Industry

Role & Responsibility

Position: Recruiter/Senior Recruiter
Experience: 1-6 Years
Location: Chennai One IT Sez
Industry Preference: Publishing (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop job descriptions, job specifications, and key hiring strategies tailored to publishing industry roles.

Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define key competencies for success.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and share market insights.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining timely communication and providing constructive feedback.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire).

Present data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to the company's employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

Develop content or campaigns tailored to attract top talent in the publishing domain.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in the publishing industry or similar fields).
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
