Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. No work culture. People are not even paid tha basic salary determined by labour law. They don't even understand HR dept is. There is no proper washrooms. Pay salary in cash on the dates they feel like. They use the college premises as their personal resort. They enjoy their family picnics, marriage ceremony, birthday and anniversarycelebrations and what not!!!! Employees are given 2 days off in a month. No holidays even on National Holidays, forget about CL, PL, SL. Sometimes if chairman feels he orders for deducting 2 days salary for one day's absence. You would feel like a Slave here....Read More
