1. Toxic work culture 2. Toxic workplace politics 3. Hods and senior employees have lot of influence and exploits junior employees 4. Juniors can only survive by oiling the hods and other senior employees. 5. Senior employees shift their class load on junior employees. 6. Many Hods are giving extra facilities to select junior lady employees. Even these junior lady employees can manage their unauthorized leaves in many cases. 7. Even if you enter late 1min after 9am or leave college 1min before 5pm for 2times a month , one casual leaves will be deducted. Although many senior employees often manage this rule in collaboration with other office staffs by using their influence. Even many junior lady employees by oiling their hods and other senior employees in the department are managing this rule. 8. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
