Everything is great about tjis organisation. It is more like a family for all of us. Management people are wonderful. They are always there to listen to your problems and empathize. Would highly recommend this workplaces.

1. Toxic work culture 2. Toxic workplace politics 3. Hods and senior employees have lot of influence and exploits junior employees 4. Juniors can only survive by oiling the hods and other senior employees. 5. Senior employees shift their class load on junior employees. 6. Many Hods are giving extra facilities to select junior lady employees. Even these junior lady employees can manage their unauthorized leaves in many cases. 7. Even if you enter late 1min after 9am or leave college 1min before 5pm for 2times a month , one casual leaves will be deducted. Although many senior employees often manage this rule in collaboration with other office staffs by using their influence. Even many junior lady employees by oiling their hods and other senior employees in the department are managing this rule. 8. If you are not hods good book then your job is at risk because higher management will only listen to the hod and senior employees of your department 7.

Job security is there only if you can smudge yourself with the whimss of management.
