Sr. Management is very approachable. A phone call away. Listens to your concerns and addresses them ASAP. HR management patiently follows-up with your queries and concerns. The employees are known for their expertise in the technology. IGC is known for hiring top-talent. The annual dinner functions, training sessions, employee engagement activities and townhall meetings helps us get-together and understand where we are heading in the IGC's vision and growth strategy.
