Yearly leave are very minimum(10 days only). If your relation is not good with HR then they will start internal politics. If the project is completed of this company then not sure you you will stay theere may be they will fire u.

Leadership- The leadership is very much involved and experienced. I had other offers but i chose instant systems because of Uzay and Itisha. when itisha took my interview i was impressed by her profile and the level of questions she asked also the knowledge she had and the projects that she was working on. When i was not able to decide which offer to choose, Uzay personally called me to answer my queries and assure me that I am making the right choice.
