THEY WILL HIRE YOU, ON GOOD ONE TIME PAY SCALE, THEN FOUNDER HIM WILL SHOUT ON YOU ""IF YOU THINK YOU CAN LEAVE OFFICE BY 7 AFTER COMING AT 9, SORRY YOU ARE AT WRONG PLACE" THESE ARE EXACT WORDS. WHEN IT TIME FOR APPRAISAL, YOU WONT GET ANYTHING ABOVE 3-4% TOXIC WORKING CULTURE.. STAY AWAY FROM THUS ORGANIZATION. Not much to be honest

Dislikes

No appreciation for the work. You are treated like a labour to give overtime hours. No appraisals. Freshers are exploited & involves politics. Bad working culture.
