There is nothing great about this company other than the fact that the management takes great pleasure in torturing its employees on a regular basis

Frequent dismissal of employees as layoffs and calling it as management decisions for maintaining the work quality. Poor work life balance. Worthless benefits that amount to nothing.

No job security. No promising projects. Laying off by sugarcoating their words. Exams after exams till you fail even if there are no projects, then laying off saying low performance without giving any oppurtunity to work on any projects.

Please don't join here, if your looking for good company. Very bad work environment. Work life balance is perfect zero. Most of the projects are tightly scheduled. Most of the time may need to work weekends and overnight continuously. Very bad HR department. Most the time management just dummy. Continuous technology changes.
