I was hired for Leasing division - Get It Lease. As soon as were hired, within 20 days, we were informed to leave within a month due to some restructuring because of which our last working day was 30th September. Mohd. Arshad - Operations Swati Rai - Key Accounts Prateek Kumar - BD Sumit Mitra - BD Prerna Arora- Legal Kunal Lulla - BD Ajay Yadav - Chief Business Officer All were mercilessly fired. If they had some restructuring or any such plans, couple of the employees were hired 15-20 days back. Even the HR Sakshi Srivastava, Deepak Kumar (whose tagline is human by heart) didn't give any time after requesting several times to search for another job. In my carrier contour, this has been the most embarrassing & awful chapter.
