1. Communication could be better. Sometiomes important info gets lost, and it's a bit confusing. Clearer communication would be a game-changer. 2. It would be awesome if efforts were recognized more often. Everyone's putting in hard work, and a simple acknowledgement can boost morale big time.

Worst company I have joined here the give mental harrasment to employees follows hire and fire rule. Manish Seth the CEO is very bad and involved in each and every activity apart from gaining business. HR Parul is also very rude and they create a very pathetic environment.
