Friendly Environment and they gave more benefits to employees, I liked when they appreciate Employees effort and presenting some useful products to the employee. which make other employees to do their work sincerely to get the appreciation and rewards from the management.

All my team members and members of management here are very approachable and accessible. I don't feel too much pressure to deliver as the team is very supportive and helpful. All weekends are totally off unless something very important so work life balance is good .

When I joined I was given exercise to learn. I was supported by managers well. I am now working in clients assignment. The help and support from team members and management is good. I feel confident that my work is being accepted well.
