BA explain developer about logic thinks developer like type master. They would not accept your code just follow the way they have designed without emphasizing on OOPS Or Pattern Or Domain. No discussion about the requirements. Just insert update delete without thinking the scope of requirement. Main US manager follows strong pattern and domain and thinks really like strong developer. Bangalore manager is good guy except he thinks the technology he has not used are sitty. I am not alone who felt this I talked to multiple developer in the company they have same issue.
