I had started my carrier as site engineer with the company, i had learnt lot of the things over here on job front and life front. There was proper guidance from the superiors and they hold the hand when it is necessary. The management showed trust on each employee and holds their hand even on some mistakes. I had left the company as a Sr. Site engineer but have great respect and gratitude to the company. As an ex-employee, I feel it's my responsibility to share my experience working at this company. The senior staff lacked basic management skills, which made the work environment quite stressful. I found that management was a complete and utter failure, which resulted in a lot of missed deadlines and unfulfilled promises. Additionally, there were instances of misbehavior by some senior staff members, which made the overall work culture very toxic. What's more concerning is the fact that salaries were consistently delayed by over 3 months, and I had to beg the company to release my salary on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, this was not just my experience, but that of most other employees, of which at least 20 have quit over the last 3 months. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The lack of management, poor accounts department, and toxic work culture make it an unpleasant place to work. The consistent delay in salaries only adds insult to injury. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary improvements to make it a better place to work....Read More
