There is nothing to like about this company, people who work there are good .but most of them aren't even working here due to the toxic wrkculture that's provided...

Innca is a very unsafe place for women.and i suggest noone to work here as the work culture is very toxic! And coming to salary it's not provided on time.and simply the salary is cut for very silly reasons,no sick leaves no festival leaves . salary is provided after 10th of the month but delayed for others 5-7 days.The admin and hr policies are worst and management is really peculiar and worst.they do not have proper working balance..and employees are treated like school kids here!and the design qualities are really worst,the quotation is made higher than the actual price agreed by the clients.and work is simply delayed for no reason without approval and confirmation..the place looks good but the work culture is really bad and also the MANAGEMENT.

Some of the colleagues were helpful. Basically they also joined new, some where freshers. BUT EVERYONE LEFT AT ONCE.

They all left because of the poor process, the burden given by few team leads. There is a team lead who used assign job end of the day and torture us to complete it. And a junior designer who was like her assistant who used to dumb her work,specially the ones she knew she did wrong on us. So that she could blame us. And even though the HR, the team lead and people knew this they used to let it pass and blame everything on others. If we go and talk about these issues the hr or anyone in management are so incapable to solve this. So guys if you are looking for torture in life. Gladly join this company. It's number one for it.

I had started my carrier as site engineer with the company, i had learnt lot of the things over here on job front and life front. There was proper guidance from the superiors and they hold the hand when it is necessary. The management showed trust on each employee and holds their hand even on some mistakes. I had left the company as a Sr. Site engineer but have great respect and gratitude to the company. It is good start for any fresher and job experience with in 2years because here you learn lot of good things which you thought no where.

As an ex-employee, I feel it's my responsibility to share my experience working at this company. The senior staff lacked basic management skills, which made the work environment quite stressful. I found that management was a complete and utter failure, which resulted in a lot of missed deadlines and unfulfilled promises. Additionally, there were instances of misbehavior by some senior staff members, which made the overall work culture very toxic. What's more concerning is the fact that salaries were consistently delayed by over 3 months, and I had to beg the company to release my salary on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, this was not just my experience, but that of most other employees, of which at least 20 have quit over the last 3 months. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The lack of management, poor accounts department, and toxic work culture make it an unpleasant place to work. The consistent delay in salaries only adds insult to injury. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary improvements to make it a better place to work.

One can learn new things here. Definitely career growth is there if someone want to build there career in SALES.

Dislikes

Try to be creative because this is a creatively field (Interior design) instead of Achieving Sales target & doing numbers. Give atleast one weekoff per week which is common (needed for mental peace).
