I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. the company is open for NDT(non destructive testing). they will provide all operation like computed testing ,digital destructive testing.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressures is very high sometimes I have to work 14-24 hours straight in a days as i have to attend clients calls in the evening. They wont give any chance to trainee.

Working for 12hrs is hectic job, it's hard to balance professional and personal life. But the facilities are great. Timely payment, problem resolving... Its actually a comfort zone, very less chances to push your limits
