The things that I am learning on a daily basis is what I love about this company. The work is exciting, new and always challenging.

Dislikes

The work structure needs to be reworked. People are constantly extending their shifts and have to come to the office on some sundays too. The work life balance becomes tough due to this and it will make people leave the organisation.
