I really impressed with their work environment and culture. I believe the company is care-of address work-life balance and work satisfaction. Strong job security, no issues with management and company balance sheet and the company is completely debt free.

Dislikes

My only dislike is insurance - Employee need to buy the insurance but the company will pay 5 lakhs for the incidents to each employee.
