Ingrain is an excellent choice to pick. You might feel small but the learning and company culture will definitely make you feel happy. The stakeholders/management is open to discussing more ideas with employees, if you have an idea you get a chance to prove it through Ingrain. Strong work-life balance and hassle-free work environment. Have all the benefits that other IT companies have.

I really impressed with their work environment and culture. I believe the company is care-of address work-life balance and work satisfaction. Strong job security, no issues with management and company balance sheet and the company is completely debt free.

Dislikes

My only dislike is insurance - Employee need to buy the insurance but the company will pay 5 lakhs for the incidents to each employee.
