Ingenero is best place to work mainly because you can learn new technologies from stack. Each and every collegue guide you in correct direction. You will get freedom to work. And there is work life balance.

The job is quite interesting. Proper training is given before any project. You can study and learn new technologies by your own.

Nothing. Policy of company is exploit the resources at lower cost and make profit. They do not worry ant employee health and long term sustainability

too much work pressure and exploitation and micromanaging everyday creates artificial pressure on employees. No family time for employees.

Good to work and develop your work skill. Best for process safety, process engineering, simulation and remote monitoring work areas.

Need rotation policies to retain people.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
