Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience. Poor Management: Leaders and team leads often fail to offer constructive feedback, instead choosing to focus on criticisms and high-handed behavior, which demotivates employees. High Attrition Rate: Many new joiners and even some experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. 1. Beautiful campus 2. Job security, once you are confirmed, they will not remove you (even if you don't have project they will keep you on bench😅 ). But exceptions can be there. 3. Training at Mysore DC (for freshers), it's very beautiful experience . It's good if you want to start your career with Infosys (but without any expectations of good salary 😜).

1. Poor Salary 2. No hike and no promotion. Evaluation is just for name sake. Even if you work hard, mostly you will get met expectations in ratings. 3. Though it depends on your team and project, but on an average work life balance is average here. (Logout time is not fix most of the time 🥲). 4. A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.

No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Unit work will be more than the project related work or sometimes equal. Good Ratings are not given eventhough you perform very better. Mediocre management and various pathetic company policies.

Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. The higher-level people, such as the project manager and team lead, lack knowledge and are in their positions only because of their comfort zone. Suppose a candidate has knowledge about a particular technology but lacks hands-on experience because their previous company did not involve that technology. During the client and screening interview, the way these interviewers speak is ridiculous. They say things like, "You do not have knowledge and all," and expect candidates to know everything and have practical experience from their previous organization. Infosys, please work on this. Not every person has real-time experience in the technology you require in the project and just because of that you reject the candidate for projet allocation,suppose candidate reject the project then you expect valid reason please provide vice versa equality in project rejection with valid reason....Read More
