Only best part is happyfeet running club. The company infrastructure is great as per Indian standards, but at the project level especially in a long term one, no one will be unbiased, not even HR will be fair. So basically no escalation point neither for clients nor for employees. An employee is treated just one among one lakh emplyees. He stays or leaves, doesnt matter. The company doesnt live upto its own words, it says soo many big things like flat organisation, value driven company blah blah. Not even the the top management maintain any of such things, strategies are made only how to exploit clients and use the employees.
I was in a testing team, it was boring at first when you are part of a single application and all you do is regression tests. when i got into an agile project, working & learning was good, though none of it was initiated by the managers.

Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.
Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position. Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months.
