there are many manager is not good. they always support only related persons. there are political games in process. Manager give appraisal rating is vert low if employee work with dedicated and not promoted the employee. there are not give the work from home and not hybrid process. there are employee want feel work with family but floor environment is not good.

- No work life balance. - Lot of corporate politics - Never join Infosys at the begining of your career, you will never get an opportunity to grow. It is a company where you retire not where you start. - They say that it is rotational shifts but I was working in the night shift from 10 months straight.

Nothing is good here. Employees have to face money related exploitation , work culture humiliation, specially targeting feature. Employee are forced to work out of their limits. Internal Politics is over knowledge and talent here. No bonus no incentive. Worst sift allowances. In the name of the brand INFOSYS, infosys bpm is doing all these. Everything is a disaster. No hike, no proper promotions. You need to be of the same state and need to favour Manager legs. Too much of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.

My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

Closely observed partiality by Senior, Few manger has been hired from retail mall who dosent know the attration, shrinkage or monthly stack calculation formula's, HR will listen to Manger and oversight emplyees issues. Very bad politics in infosys, Lack of promotion and Hike, demotivated mangers and floor process, Fake appraisal review took and benefit will get only limited people, No use to prove senior with required data point for correct thing. To be very honest i did not like anything.

Work- life balance, Bossy Culture, South Indian dominance, Company Culture, Very Rude Senior Management who only shouts during Meeting, No increments, No Skill development Management only talks about we have to win deals, AVP’s create a toxic environment by scheduling calls on Saturday and Sunday and shouts on them.
