I strongly dislike the salary they offer, especially since BPM employees do the same work in projects but are treated as secondary resources with no priority. Compared to Infosys Ltd, the talent level is lacking, and management does nothing to address this biased system. Avoid joining Infosys BPM—opt for Infosys Ltd instead, as both roles end up doing the same work once assigned to a project.

Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees.
