I didn't like anything apart from the security. There was no work-life balance, no promotion, no salary hike, too much of work pressure, no proper higher communication

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Terrible and toxic work culture. After leaving the organization also the team has not provided my documents and its been more than 60 days I am chasing them but not getting any proper response. Though I have inform them that I need to submit my doc. to the current organization still they are not providing my reliving letter. Its one of the worst company I have ever worked with.
