Nothing is good here. Employees have to face money related exploitation , work culture humiliation, specially targeting feature. Employee are forced to work out of their limits. Internal Politics is over knowledge and talent here. No bonus no incentive. Worst sift allowances. In the name of the brand INFOSYS, infosys bpm is doing all these. Nil! No minimal inspiration to go to work. Atmosphere created in Infosys is very bad, although that not be the same in all the teams in Infosys.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Used to work whole day from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm & again used to work after coming home till midnight 3 am. Once, I worked for whole night and again went to office next day, yet I got response from my manager that it's my pending work so I've done it and he didn't care. It was the work which was pending since I join the process.

Work culture is very worst not recommended bye my friend. No professional work and team lead.no promotion due to 3.5 year and not salary growth even got spot awards and extra miller award.
