Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. No hierarchy, though u a vice president ubwill be asked to report to Manager, typical indian super market setup, no value for experience and yiurbdesignation

there are many manager is not good. they always support only related persons. there are political games in process. Manager give appraisal rating is vert low if employee work with dedicated and not promoted the employee. there are not give the work from home and not hybrid process. there are employee want feel work with family but floor environment is not good.

- No work life balance. - Lot of corporate politics - Never join Infosys at the begining of your career, you will never get an opportunity to grow. It is a company where you retire not where you start. - They say that it is rotational shifts but I was working in the night shift from 10 months straight.
