Food facility for night shifts employees, Promotions to those who are there for long time. Learning opportunities as you may require to work independently on different domain of projects with different technologies. Owner take direct feedback from employees every time they visit.

Dislikes

Most of the projects depends on upwork hence quality of projects is not good. Project managers are not technical and hence they are totally depend on team lead for everything hence all appraisal depends on team lead who ultimately take advantage of it by sending his own work to senior and junior software engineers that creates dissatisfaction among developers.

There is nothing to like about this company in general its the people who makes the company rich and prosperous as of now it all feels like being slave here.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad in this company and more importantly, they treat their employees like slave. No matter how much you work, you will not get any extra penny for extra hours and expect you to work for extra hours to don’t expect bonus in this company or time to time appraisals.
