The company is open to marketing innovation. The work-life balance is good while working here. There are strict about their working hours, but ask nothing when the working hours are completed with given tasks.

The compensation and growth here are slow to none. The work pressure is usually high as you receive work from every corner while expecting to complete all of them at a time. And, that the rewarding system is not good or we can say that unsystematic. There's discrimination among higher and common employees as well as girls and boys.
