No job security, No proper compensation,Politics,People working there do not mind their own business,No professionalism, workers are not insured. One of my colleagues had to pay close to 2 lakh from his own hand when he was hospitalised and the company did not provide any financial support,No transport facility,No growth, no flexibility, micro management.
