Sometimes projects from clients get hectic just as any other service based except TCS. No job security if you are on bench for a longer time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
