The increment and promotion philosophy is a bit old school. It really need to be worked upon.

Excellent company to start and build your career, very structured and process oriented. You will learn good sales and relationship management, they give good amount of time to learn and grow. Management and managers are communicative to correct and guide you get your best out and keep you motivated.

Dislikes

What ever I said in likes session has turned tables now with the management change, it feels like talking to a wall about your work update and no proper guidance to groom you. No constant feedback from mangers to correct and groom. Not even gestures of appreciation from the work or good deals. you just blame game when you tip your balance and point all the mistakes you did in the course of time rather correct it then and there....Read More

Everything I did not like about the company and senior management..they only judge new bee and make decisions on their personal relationship..too much favouritism, hardly any hike, if you raise your voice against favouritism you won't get any growth..no growth for female employees specially in andheri branch mumbai

I liked Info Edge as a company and their vision.

Dislikes

The reporting manager, he never handed a team. He is an excellent individual contributor to the company but he never be a good leader. He didn't even know the difference between supporting, educating and spoon-feeding. He will never give a chance to speak and even if we speak he never listens. A great lier. He lies without any hesitation.

the product is very good and niche so it is easily salable to organization we get good opportunity to progress fast in career

the work culture is bad , shitloads of work is slapped on you if someone leaves the organization without proper training or guidance at branch level offices the culture is only about sales and numbers or else you are wortless , the remuneration offered is also low as per industry standards,

Management is good, salary is on time and job security is quite good

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4
