Today's job market is too much for me.....

Too little exp - "you are under qualified" Too much exp - "you are overqualified" .....kuch zada nahi ho gaya yarr.. It's like the job market is set up to keep us running in circles. Anyone else stuck on this endless ride?

A couple of months ago, I went for an interview for a role that seemed like a perfect fit based on the job description and required skills. I cleared four rounds of interviews, feeling optimistic about my chances. But in the end, they told me I was underqualified because I didn’t have enough experience they were looking for someone with 4-5 years under their belt. It was such a letdown, especially after investing so much time and effort into the process.
