Anyone else feel like they're constantly fighting to stay awake?

I swear, I'm battling a constant wave of sleepiness at my desk. It's like my brain is on permanent vacation mode. I've tried everything like power naps, listening music, even chugging gallons of coffee. I get enough sleep, eat decent, exercise, and even try to stretch and walk around. But the minute I sit down, my eyelids start doing that slow-motion thing. Is it just me, or is this job seriously taking the life out of me? Maybe I need a new career as a professional napper.
