Academic Content Writer, Nagerbazar WB branch Well the office is good, there are a few members (80%) from royal research solutions which is another office. The work culture here is terrible and the management is headed by a bald fool named Anindya (forgot title of that a**). He is a per so n who blabbers terrible shit and he is not respectful towards the employee (reason I am being harsh while posting the review). I worked there for 7 days and believe me the team leader Shounima is a pathetic, she will point out that you have no knowledge and her training is also bogus. She herself does not know how to train a person. I am filling up the likes section with dislikes as there is hardly a few things to be liked. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
