No proper working hours you have to stay late everytime mostly. No proper rules about work and work culture You have to seat 9 hours on one place can't move anywhere which is bad for health. Internal policies are so bad. They can terminate you anytime.

The CTO is a very bad person and needs to do mental checkups and treatment because he speaks like a physio and does not give respect to employees also intentionally irritated with employees on weekends especially sunday on phone calls and plays very bad politics. They have 24/7 days working and no salary is given. They don't have projects. People left within 1 week because of bad politics, no projects, and no transparency on requirements. Only people who knows Hindi can survive, the entire team don’t speak in English . They will assign a issue to sort out without providing any fundamental details, The female person in the testing team is very worst, she don’t know the coding part and don’t understand the actual issue. The upper management and team leads in the organization don’t want anyone to communicate to the client, even to sort out an issue. They drag the task purposely in order to fool the clients. The code part done for the application is very worst as if it was coded by someone who is not a professional. They don’t understand the client needs and drag the task. The LOP for a day leave is more than what they pay per day. We cannot learn anything except Hindi. worst , dominating leads and management, not recommended for people who knows coding well and knows English. The one who speaks Hindi can survive even without coding knowledge. We cannot expect even a basic courtesy or respect from the testing person.
